Postage and Packing:

For all hats is £12 to UK Mainland please allow 2 to 3 working days. For EU and UK Islands please allow 5 days / For International Shipping please contact office@lauracathcart.com

UK shipping is charged at £12 per delivery. Each hat is boxed individually. If you would like them boxed together please contact us to discuss the packing and pricing options.

International

Delivery Prices vary per order and per country depending on the size of the box required. Please request a quote for accurate prices and express services. If you would like to use your own collection service please send us all the relevant forms to office@lauracathcart.com.

All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.

Customers shopping in mainland UK or countries within the European Union (EU) are required to pay UK VAT at the current rate. Customers shopping in RoW (Rest of World) locations including the Channel Islands may be liable for customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are established by each local government and are a legal requirement. These charges are all payable by the customer. Please note that, if you refuse a package on delivery, you will be liable to cover all shipping costs. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. United Kingdom Deliveries We aim to have your order delivered to you within 72 hours. Please note that we aim to deliver orders to Northern Ireland on the second working day after order dispatch. Delivery to the Channel Islands will be treated as a RoW location and you may be liable for customs duties and taxes. International Deliveries We aim to have your order delivered to you within a week, subject to customs clearance. Customs Duties and Taxes for the Rest of the World (RoW) We ship all orders DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs duties and taxes will be invoiced to you once the item has cleared customs, either prior to or after delivery depending on your location and you will be invoiced via the courier service. Some countries may require you to hire a broker. You, the customer, are liable for all charges. Customers in RoW locations who return their orders for a refund to Laura Cathcart Millinery are responsible themselves for retrieving the charges for customs duties and taxes. Laura Cathcart Millinery is unable to refund any customs fees or other duties. However, we may provide you with information relevant to request a refund.

No returns on sale items.

All bespoke hats and headpieces are hand made with the highest quality therefore there are no returns. However is you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact office@lauracathcart.com

All Stock items are returnable within 7 working days. If you are unsatisfied please contact us within 48hrs to arrange return. Once the goods are back with us we will refund the full price excluding shipping and any taxes. This will be issued to the original card that was used for purchase only. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. We recommend you send the order back through an insured service that can be tracked. Returned orders which are not delivered back to us are not the responsibility of Laura Cathcart Millinery.

All returns should be sent to the below address after you have notified the office to check you are eligible for a refund.
